On May 9, 2019, Genpact Limited (“Genpact” or the “Company”) held its 2019 annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) at its offices located at 1155 Avenue of the Americas, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10036. At the Annual Meeting, Genpact shareholders voted on four proposals. The full results of the votes are set forth below.
