On February 6, 2023, Darren Saumur, Senior Vice President and Global Operating Officer of Genpact Limited (the “Company”), informed the Company of his decision to resign from this position, effective as of February 20, 2023, to pursue another career opportunity. The Company expressed its appreciation for Mr. Saumur’s service to the Company.
