On May 2, 2024, Genpact Limited, a Bermuda company (the “Company”), held its 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) at 5 Merchant Square, 5th Floor, London W2 1AY United Kingdom. At the Annual Meeting, Company shareholders voted on three proposals. The full results of the votes are set forth below.
